This page explains how to request deletion of your ArchPDF account and the data associated with it.
How to request deletion
The flow below confirms that the request was made by the account holder. The page does not reveal whether the submitted email is registered.
Confirm the request
You will receive a confirmation link by email.
Complete deletion
After confirmation, the account and eligible data will be removed according to the applicable policy.
What happens to your data
- Account data and associated information will be deleted after the request is confirmed.
- All files stored in External Storage that are associated with the account, including profile photos, backups, and attachments, will also be deleted.
- PDF files, history, and annotations stored only on the device must be removed by the user.
- Google Play subscriptions must be canceled separately in Google Play; deleting an account does not automatically cancel billing.
- Some records may be retained for as long as necessary to meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, or protect service security.
