Terms of Use
By using ArchPDF, creating an account, or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance
You must use ArchPDF lawfully and follow these terms, the Privacy Policy, Google Play rules, and any instructions shown before a purchase or upload.
Features that require an account or paid access may be unavailable until authentication and purchase permissions are confirmed. Availability can depend on Android, Google Play, network, storage, and provider conditions.
2. Plans, prices, and storage
The Monthly and Annual plans are recurring subscriptions. Daily is a prepaid 24-hour purchase. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Prices, currency, promotions, duration, and applicable taxes are shown by Google Play before confirmation.
Google Drive uses the quota of your Google account. External Storage uploads are available according to the plan, with monthly limits of 50 MB, 100 MB, or 200 MB for Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime plans. Daily may download or delete existing files but cannot upload new files. Downloads do not consume quota and deleting a file does not restore consumed quota.
The quota is calculated in bytes and renewed monthly. Invalid or unconfirmed uploads do not consume quota, repeating a confirmation does not duplicate usage, and the service may block uploads when the plan does not allow them or the quota is exhausted.
3. Cancellation, refunds, and revocation
You can manage Monthly and Annual subscriptions in the Google Play subscription centre. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally preserves access until the paid period ends; it does not automatically create a refund. Refunds and revocations follow Google Play rules, applicable law, and the conditions shown at purchase.
A cancelled subscription normally remains available until the end of the paid period. Daily and Lifetime purchases do not renew automatically. A refund depends on the rules applicable to the transaction.
4. Acceptable use and responsibility
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe third-party rights, compromise security, abuse storage, or violate Google Play rules. Do not upload files that you are not entitled to store or process. Local processing helps keep files on your device, but you remain responsible for keeping backups of important documents.
We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or legal obligations. Files stored with an external provider remain subject to that provider’s availability and policies.
5. Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the application, plans, providers, or law. Material changes will be communicated through the application or by email. Questions can be sent to contact@archlabs.app.br.
